Billy Engelman has over 35 years of experience in the fields of computers and technology. He is a renowned creative troubleshooter and analytical problem solver. Billy started troubleshooting technology when he was about 10 years old, figuring out why his parent's house phone didn’t work before the phone repairman came. Billy studied Electronic Technology at Suffolk County Community College, taking a job as a Class A maintenance mechanic at Photo Circuits Corp., a printed circuit board manufacturer to pay for his education. Billy worked in the engineering department at CEC Electronics, the company that made the first digital thermometer used in hospitals. Billy followed that by working almost ten years in the field providing customer service and product support at Gull Electronics/Parker Hannifin Corp. After being laid off in 1991, Billy founded Tech911US to help people and businesses with their computers and technology. Billy Engelman worked over 20 yrs and is now in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He continues to help people and support businesses with their computer and technology issues, He also helps them implement new technologies into their businesses and lifestyles. Billy's approachable nature and huge knowledge base have gained him a strong respect among his peers and clients alike.
